EFT Family Therapy
Pregnant Couples and New Parents
This is such a precious time and being able to understand and anticipate the inevitable challenges helps parents to smoothly negotiate the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and bringing baby home. This is a time of heightened joy, excitement, and vulnerability for first time parents. Everything is new and the two of you becoming three creates an entirely different dynamic.
I am trained in child development and pre and perinatal psychology and specialize in working with pregnant couples and new parents.
I focus on helping parents:
  • understand your own emotions and needs
  • understand the needs of your baby.
  • strengthen the security of your bond.
  • gain the ability to turn to each other and rely on each other for support when you need it.
  • be the most effective caregivers for your baby.
